I hired Perfect Fit Computers when I was having some internet/networking issues with my home connection. The issues were annoying because they were intermittent, not consistently happening. Chris showed up right on time with a super friendly smile on his face, and I did not feel at all judged for my lack of tech savvy - ness as I explained my problem to him. Once he understood the issue he went right to work solving the problem and it only took him about 20 minutes before everything was working properly. Before he left he explained a few things to try if it were to happen again, but my Internet has been rock solid ever since ( it's now been several months). When my mom started having computer problems Perfect Fit Computers was the first company I thought of to help her because I know she can get a little over whelmed by techy things. Chris has since been up to help her, and she couldn't stop talking about how great her experience was. She's a bit more confidant now to try things out on her own because she has someone she trusts who can fix things if she "breaks the internet". I would recommend Perfect Fit Computers to anyone!
