Did not finish the job since April. Does not return calls. Broken promises and leaving us with a bill of over $500 to finish job on our own. Make sure you don't make final payment until everything is working properly
Don't be fooled like us by their high ratings and Paul's marketing skills. We had a furnace installed in March and up to now, August, they have not finished the job of the chimney liner. They do not return calls or emails. They are full of excuses. Don't pay them in full as we did before everything is done. We are still waiting for the job to be finished. Update: September 29th. They are still not replying our phone calls and in fact made an appt with us to come on a particular date a couple of weeks ago but never came and never called. This is very disappointing and not right.
