I was provided with a recommendation from a friend and glad I took it. I had been dealing with the BIG company for years and now I no longer need to. I found Tony to be honest, sincere and extremely reliable. He looks after the customer not just the product. I will be calling Tony for all future heating and air conditioning needs and will be recommending him highly to friends and family.
About 2 or 3 years ago I had my eavestroughing replaced by RCS. They had done my roof so I made the mistake of hiring them to do my eaves. The reason why I am writing this review now is because I just had to have them replaced last week by another company who ONLY does eavestroughing and who did a fantastic job. RCS ripped me off. They did not put any wood under the eaves, used very tiny screws which did not hold, did not put a downspout on the upper level coming down to the first level and put the front downspout straight down to side walkway which created a very large puddle which in turn ran into the basement. Very poor workmanship, sloppy clean up job. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have never been so impressed with a company! John called me back the same day and the work was done within the week. About 5 years ago I replaced my roof. Two years after that I replaced the eavestrough, soffets, etc. I wasn't completely sure that I should be using the same person who did the roof for this next job but they said they could do it so it was done. However, my thought was right, I should not have let them do it. The eaves began to pull away from the roof last winter. I found John's company in the North Toronto Post and called him. He came to the house the next day only to tell me what I already knew.....the other company had not put any wood underneath and they used very, very short screws. In addition, there was no downspout on the upper level of the house that would drain into the bottom one and the down spout on the lower level was draining on to my side walkway creating a very large puddle and leaking into my basement. For some reason, this other company had done a better job on my neighbours house a year after mine. In any event, John and his crew did the job within the week of our first contact. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job. You would have never known that they were there as the clean up was impeccable. The job itself is fantastic and after last week's two unbelievable thunder, lightening and rain storms, not a single drop of water came into the house as the down spout had been moved to a proper location. I also had them install gutter guards all around so I look forward to now having to pay for the eaves to be cleaned next year! Although I had to do the same job twice, I have learned to let roofers stick to the roof and let the eaves guys do their job! Thank you John. I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and neighbours..... right, I already did that!
