They installed a new electrical panel for me along with a new electric car charger. We scheduled a time for them to do the work and they kept to the date. The work was done efficiently and a proper inspection done.

Excellent service is the best way to describe KIDS. Shimmy spent time with us to choose a great set for our daughter's bedroom and then, when there was a defect with one of the parts, he and other KIDS staff bent over backwards to get it fixed. Their approach to replacing the defective part was proof to us that KIDS is dedicated to providing the best service possible and its staff would stand behind all of its sales. It is always easy to have good customer service when everything goes right. However, it is when there are problems that a store shows its true colours. It would have been easier for KIDS to give us the run-around, ignore us or direct us to work out the problem with the manufacturer. KIDS did not do that. Instead, KIDS forced its supplier to get it right and made sure there was as little inconvenience to us as possible. In addition, it was apparent that Shimmy was genuinely concerned that our 2 year old daughter could enjoy her new bed as soon as possible. It is rare to see such excellent customer service. I will happily recommend KIDS furniture to all of my friends. Jonathan

Thank you for taking the time to post such a nice review. We do not normally see a high level of warranty claims with the manufacturer that you selected. I am sorry that you were one of the few clients who have experienced warranty issue with that manufacturer. More importantly, I am pleased that we were able to respond to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We view any warranty as simply another opportunity to show you that at KIDS you are truly valued as clients. We strive to treat each and every client in the same manner in which we would like to be treated. As you have noted, there is always some level of inconvenience when things do not go quite right.
