Worst experience! New sliding door replacement. Took forever to book an appointment, which should have been a sign but they had my deposit! Door still does not line up, walls damaged that I now have to repair and seek reparation from them for...worst of all, baseboards used on the exterior portion of the door, yes the ones one would use on the interior of their home! Finally after much correspondence this was at least repaired. AVOID the hassle is my recommendation!

This is on behalf of my mother who received the service that I arranged. My mother was very happy with the level of professionalism, the information about the service as it was being committed and information on requirements for future maintenance, including being advised about the proper filter size for the furnace. My mother was pleased about the level of care and was told of a return visit to connect a vent, which is to be scheduled and we trust this will be true to the company's word.
