After reaching out to a few companies; I decided to go with Coretemp because of their genuine and upfront explanation of the process, service & costs. Also, I found them to be very responsive and accommodating to my urgent need to fix the AC. I have to say that they delivered superior CX(Customer Experience) and this is exactly what any service business needs to grow and attract customers. It is said that people and service makes or breaks a company! it stands very true with "Built in Technology". We had very prompt and pro-active follow-up with Elise to book our appointment and we had it today. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services and made excellent recommendations. I have been with "BiT" since 2005 and had excellent service; thus chose to go with them again! We purchased an Alarm system(really worth it when purchasing a new house as all the pre-wiring is done at construction time) and Flex Pipe for the Family room. Overall, I would highly recommend "BiT" to anyone due to its people(Elise is simply great to deal with) and service.

Duralock is an excellent company with great work. Pros: Go with Jony or his brother Tony who are the owners and you will get excellent execution from beinning to end. Work is top notch. Cons: Do NOT sign with their Sales Reps as they will leave you hanging and Duralock doesn't seem to take ownership and come up with excuses as problems for delay. They have too many people management issues in the company. They act like a big company but they are a SMB really with great potential.

I called around 10-15 Potlight contractors but after comparing the prices, pre-sales service and commitment; I went with Mr. Potlight. I also read amzing reviews about their work; so was leaning towards them. Well, I am happy to say that I got 7 PLs installed and John & Team did an excellent work with no-mess except for one small area that was also patched up. They were very professional, courteous and know the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They moved the furniture, laid down their plastic sheets aruond the work area and even vaccumed. Overall ... An excellent & perfect job!
