It was a pleasure to work with your company from start to finish. We interviewed three companies to get information and quotes for wall mounted cooling and heating units. Scott was thorough and professional in educating us on how the systems work, and offered suggestions on locations of units and drainage so there would be no outside dripping to our neighbours below. Scott explained the finishing details to assure us that the hoses and wiring would be capped and provided a pleasing look to our condominium. Andrew and Justin worked hard to get the installation completed with minimal disruption to us and tidied up at the end of each day. We were amazed at how much work actually went in to putting theses units in place. It was not an easy feat considering we are on the 28th floor! We are delighted that the units, when running inside and outside are so quiet you would almost think they are not switched on. We can sit on our balcony and enjoy the wonderful views of Hamilton Bay and not be disturbed by the sound of the cooling system.
