I was very hesitant to contact someone to do drywall repair for me. I had a very bad experience about a year ago. I decided to give him a shot. Jamie was super friendly and extremely accommodating. Whenever I want something done I want it done "yesterday" so to speak. He made himself available immediately for a quote and very soon after to do the work. I work days so the only time I could have him come was in the evenings and Jamie said this was no issue at all. Jamie arrived on time and fully prepared to do the work. I was on a tight budget so the first two trips a few months back were just drywall repair and finishing. Within the last week I decided it was time for painting and I also needed some repairs because I had ripped out some baseboard trim and a baseboard heater. I showed Jamie everything and left him alone. A couple hours later, all the repairs were completed and the walls looked awesome! Because of my last minute requests, he had to come back once more to finish everything up. Now, not to make myself sound awful, but I'm extremely anal. I went over those walls and left post-its (sticky notes) everywhere I didn't consider "perfect". I explained to Jamie that I found a couple things that I wanted him to fix before finishing the painting. "No problem!" was his response. Sure enough, a couple hours later, my walls were just that, perfect. I got posted (military) to Ottawa and had no option (budget wise - single person) but to purchase an older house, built around 1970 and it has had it's share of paint and other things attached to the walls but you'd never know to see it now. His prices were completely reasonable too. He wants to make sure his clients are happy because word of mouth is everything for him. Highly recommended!
