Cliff listened to what I wanted to have done, offered some feedback and provided an estimate on a timely basis. He showed up to do the work on the date he had indicated and completed the work ahead of schedule. He was careful to take care of the elm roots and took out the roots of an old cedar and apple tree that died the past winter, that was outside the project area. Cliff has a positive attitude, communicates clearly and works efficiently. The area was completely clear of any debris when the job was done. I would recommend his work to anyone considering landscaping.

The work was well done on a timely basis, changes made to the original job as requested without delay, with clear communication from James throughout. The work area was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done.

I had The Urban Painter paint the exterior of my bungalow in the summer of 2012. They finished the job while I was away on holiday in September. In the spring of 2013 I noticed lots of bubbles forming in the paint and called them to get it repaired under the warranty they provide. They told me that moisture was coming from the inside of my house and causing the bubbling and that while they would repair it, they would not warranty it further. The bubbles came right back. It is now summer of 2014, and the paint is peeling from the caulking they used, and there are more bubbles than ever.
