We have an AC unit that was installed about 3 years ago by a different company. They came back several times and were never able to get it to work properly. It would run, but stop cooling. A second contactor also made an attempt to repair it last year but was unsuccessful. Both suggested they could sell us a new unit to resolve the problem. Owen looked it over an immediately recognized the problem, which was actually fairly minor. Even after fixing it, he continued to test to make sure the problem was actually solved. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Coupled with being courteous and clearly concerned with doing a great job makes him a cut above anyone else!

We have a rental unit in Ottawa where the A/C died. We live several hours away near Toronto. Called Mat and he arranged to go in the next day, and it was resolved the following day for a very reasonable price. We were very happy, and our tenant was happy. The level of service and communications were outstanding. I just wish all contractors were this efficient and took such obvious pride in what they do!
