Trevor came over to look at the old A/C unit and suggested a replacement is the best option. After we talked about cost and timeline, we decided to go ahead with a new York 2-ton A/C unit. Trevor was very professional in dealing with the situation. Within 2 days, a new A/C was up and running beautifully. There was no pressure salesmanship but friendly and knowledgeable approach. He even came over the next day it was installed to ensure that the unit is running ok and even suggested ways of improving better flow throughout the whole house.
