I purchased a furnace back in February '14. The installation took longer than I anticipated, but when the job was completed it was nice and neat. I appreciated that the technician had taken his time to get the job done right and not rush out and leave a half finished job. The installers were very neat and did a wonderful job. I love my new furnace, it is so quiet that I hardly hear it.
