I have zero regrets about calling John and his crew! From start to finish, John remained very honest and very focused on covering your needs. To add to that, their crew were also extremely friendly. You can tell that they work cohesively and their workmanship shows. The roof and gutters are so efficient now - we don't have to worry about it. JMT is fantastic! Highly recommended.

I first found Shane on a classified ads site. It turns out that Shane sells and installs water heaters at a very reasonable price, which you wouldn't normally expect. But that's not all! When he came in, he was friendly, polite and hard-working. My mom, who usually doesn't trust people, found him to be very trustworthy. That should say something. He told my mom that there was a promotion going on with Fortis in which she was able to save money. He had the forms ready to go and provided the necessary details. This is quality customer service! He also didn't take a break during the three hours that he worked here. I'm not aware if he does anything else but if you're looking to get your water heaters replaced, choose this guy! You won't regret it!
