Josh did a wonderful job cleaning our interior and exterior windows, including interior and exterior glass railings which were difficult to clean. He took the time and attention for professional results.

Our new air conditioner was set at a reasonable temperature (21C) but it wasn't working. It froze the furnace so badly the furnace sprayed water for an hour while draining. Parminder promised to send someone but no one came so we spent most of the summer with no air conditioning. It was eventually fixed by another company who said poor installation caused the freon leak.

In April 2014, I ordered a Maytag washer and dryer to be delivered in June 2014. Canadian Appliance Source called me and confirmed delivery the week before. On the scheduled delivery day, I called to ask why I wasn't contacted for delivery. They said there was a delay and I wouldn't receive my dryer for a couple of weeks. When the two delivery men delivered my washer, they complained about my second floor laundry room and asked for a tip. Most new houses have a second floor laundry room and I had advised them of mine. Then they scraped the side of my washer while carrying it up the stairs and the scrape is clearly visible. I've called multiple times about the dryer and every time I call, they say it'll be a couple more weeks. We ended up not having any dryer for 3 months and it was a nightmare.
