Our backyard retaining wall was in need of repair, and Rowan was one of the very few people who answered our calls for estimates. He was very friendly and thorough in his explanation of the work, and was very accurate in his estimation of time for the project. Prior to the project start, he was also key in getting our neighbours to cooperate with the repair work disruptions. The P2 Contracting team were always prompt and friendly, given that the task involved a lot of hand digging and close quarters for working. They also keenly handled a patio and fence installation on top of the retaining wall reconstruction, and have transformed our backyard better than we imagined. Rowan and P2 are definitely our go-to people for our next project.

Our fridge stopped working while the freezer portion functioned, leaving us a little puzzled. After connecting with Peter, he checked to make sure that we had tried other options (like defrosting the fridge) in order to make sure that the visit was needed. He was prepared, prompt and very friendly - walking me through the repair and making conversation as he did it. Thanks to him, we've squeezed a few more years out of life our fridge. Thanks, Peter!
