Air Conditioning annual maintenance
Technician called while he was on his way to our house. Was on time, polite and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Definitely recommend this service. We have been enrolled with it for a few years now and are very happy!
Great NATURAL grass care! We have dogs so their safety is important to us, and so is the environment. Lawnsavers lets us know any issues that may have arisen and suggests how to deal with it (grubs, sand flies, etc). They also provide Christmas lights - this is our second year for this service. We would happily recommend Lawnsavers to our friends and neighbors!

Hired them last year, they did a great job (at half the price). This year was a disaster. The price had doubled, but we had a good experience last time so we hired them again. Different people this time. I am thankful an accident didn't happen as one man climbed a 24 foot ladder and the other man who was supposed to be spotting the ladder did nothing of the sort. He kept his headphones on, even though the man climbing the ladder had asked him nicely to remove them. Not much regard for safety. I felt the need to be nearby as I could tell he was not paying attention. Dust and dirt from window sills was swept into the bathtub, kitchen sink, counter tops and left there. BBQ was unhooked in order to access an exterior window, it was left in the middle of the deck. Lamps and decorative items removed to access interior windows were left on the dining room table. I expected things to be re-placed where they originally were. One of the men was asked to re-clean a window track... after two attempts it looked exactly the same - DIRTY. Eventually the more experienced man cleaned it properly. Screens not replaced properly. This job took WAY too long to complete due to everything having to be done twice, if not 3 times. Lastly, the majority of the windows were left unlocked and a couple of them wide open - while it was very humid outside and the air conditioning was running. None of these things are the end of the world, however put them all together... I am not one to complain but when you're paying someone to do a job there are certain expectations. These expectations were NOT met.
