I was very impressed with the service we received from Dan at Butler Plumbing in April 2014. He was on time & was able to determine the problem with our Hot water pressure problem very quickly. He was able to explain what had happened & provided us with excellent tips & advice. It was a huge relief to have someone who has good experience & is very knowledgeable taking care of the problem so quickly. A few months earlier we had someone else come in from another company only to tell us that we required a new hot water tank without really checking things out properly before suggesting we needed a new hot water tank. It’s great to know that there are still reputable companies out there. There is a huge difference in the cost of replacing a hot water tank versus getting the problem of the hot water pressure fixed. It’s sad that there are companies out there that don’t care if they cost people unnecessary expenses. Thanks Dan & Butler Plumbing for the peace of mind. Dan was very professional & knowledgeable.
