Kyle came and roughed in some plumbing. He asked for $2k up front which I paid and we never heard or seen Kyle again. Here are some pictures of my text messages to Kyle. I also called him many times. #ghosted

Amazing passion, quality work, friendly, below budget. Roman came back to finish some caulking and even showed up when my wife had a concern. Amazing company.
