This review is for the Stouffville location. The customer service I received from Geri was awesome. I would give her my calculations and choice of fences and would get an estimate emailed to me on the same day (we were pressed for time). I picked up the fence panels myself and all the employees were courteous and helpful. The pricing is also quite competitive (the same type of fence would have cost me at least $500+ more from lowes or home depot. The only reason I took off one star was that there were no instructions given with the fences so we had to look up a few videos to figure out what we were doing. All in all, a great experience. We've only had the fence up for one week so I can't comment on durability over time just yet.

We have been working on a backyard overhaul including building a new horizontal fence for us and two neighbours, a pergola, and a smaller car park fence and we've been using CFB for all our lumber needs. Dez is an awesome Manager and communication + customer service has been top-notch. All deliveries have been on time with quick unloading times and super friendly delivery guys. The prices are extremely competitive. We're happy to support these guys.
