Burrard Autostrasse was the repair shop recommended by our car dealership and I wish I'd never heard of them. They've now had our car for more than seven weeks, on what ICBC has estimated as a five-day repair. Yes, parts take time to ship but these guys didn't look at our vehicle for almost two weeks before ordering the one part. When that arrived, two weeks later, it then took then another few days to discover they needed to send the car somewhere else to get something else fixed. So now, what should have been a five day repair, will take more than eight weeks. Good job, huh? Apparently they do great work. However, they score zero with me for appalling customer service. And it’s nothing but excuses everytime I call them to find out what’s going on. Grrrr.
