Having had a previous handyperson estimate of many hundreds of dollars to resolve the situation, Frank was able to access the duct through a dropped ceiling, clean out the blockage and re-tape all the joints within his 2-hour minimum visit as well as provide an estimate for a future job to be done in the spring. I couldn't be more pleased with the job and his attitude of doing a great job for a very reasonable price. Thank you Frank!! P.S. He quickly responded to my call and booked the repair within the week.

I found Jon on the Homestars website and he impressed me from the beginning with: hearing my needs, having clear suggestions, explaining the solutions, being willing to shop for tile and laminate and providing a very clear and comprehensive estimate. Not only did he execute the job with skill, it was on time (ahead)! Jon was also willing to do a number of other smaller repair jobs that I needed to get my house ready to lease. I was so pleased that I had Jon come to New Hamburg to my new home to do a number of jobs we needed in our new home.

Because my home has become a rental property, my home insurance no longer covers sewer backup damages and suggested that I have my sewer line examined to determine the shape that it is in. At the same time I had a very slow drainage from my tub in the basement. The team that came were polite, efficient and as happy as I was to learn that my sewage line was totally clear. They solved the bathtub drain, and were away in no time. I was very satisfied with their work.

Joe and his staff provided a 1st class service from start to finish! This service began with an evening consultation prior to the move to assist me in preparing, and for Joe to determine how he would handle my precious belongings including antiques and heavy mirrors. On the day of the move, the truck and three willing workers arrived early, loaded the truck and were at my home in New Hamburg before expected. Everything was unloaded and set up by 3:00pm and the price was as quoted; extremely economical for such a wonderful job.
