I have a Bosch Dishwasher that started making an awful loud humming noise and was afraid it was something major. I was afraid I was going to have to replace it since it was an expensive dishwasher to begin with and thought it would also likely be very expensive to repair. I called Jason in to take a look and he explained it was simply a drain pump that needed replacing and that it was fine otherwise, which was quite a relief. He was able to replace the pump without even having to remove the dishwasher from the cabinetry; which made for a very clean and efficient job overall. My quiet Bosch is back! I'll definitely call Jason again whenever I have any issues with my appliances.
