Today, I found out there's a lien against my home by a company 2035881 Ontario Inc aka Reliance. I am very disappointed by this news. When my furnace/AC died, Reliance said no problem we can do a rental for you without telling me about the lien on the house before signing. Now that i'm trying to refinance my mortgage, I've been declined over something silly like this. Buyers/Renters beware!
