Repair GE Fridge Leaking Water
Sam came out and repaired our fridge. Very meticulous and cleaned up as well. He removed the entire freezer drawer and contents. Discovered ice build up in the freezer section. He used a steam device to melt away the ice and remove large chunks. He then proceeded to find out what caused it and found a clogged condensation line. Thanks Sam.
I spoke to Mike around 1:30 this afternoon indicating that I had the water to the whole house shut off as I went to replace a cartridge in the Delta Faucet and the valve snapped in 2. He said Angelo would call me. Within minutes Angelo called and said he would be there between 3 and 5 PM. He arrived just after 4 PM. Angelo did an excellent job cutting out the old faucet and installing a new Moen. They were were very responsive, on time and I got charged what he quoted on the phone. Other plumbers would not give me an estimate and I told them I cannot wait 2 hours for a plumber to arrive only to give me a quote that is outrageously high and then I need to wait again to get another plumber. This all worked out and I am very happy.

Repaired Leaking Gutters, Install Cages to prevent birds nesting
Called 3 Guys Gutters to repair leaking corners on my eavestrough and install some metal cages where two roof lines meet so birds stop nesting there. There were professional and came out a few days later as planned. Fixed all corners and relevelled some sections. Installed the bird cages. I noticed a few days later some corners still had a slight drip and they cam back out and repaired again, no questions asked. They also found a section pooling and added a new downspout. All in all, very easy to work with and happy with the results and costs of the services.

Front Door, Side Lites and Overhead Transom
I hired Jeffrey and Gill about 6 to 7 yrs ago ton install a new front door. We opted for Fibreglass door and frame. Installation included side lites and overhead round transom. Gill came out and made a template of the transom and then came back at a later time to perform the install. I opted for the commercial brown epoxy coated paint and the door has held up well. Still looks and functions great.
Neo Angle Frameless Shower Enclosure
Frank and his team are very professional. I had them come and remove my old framed shower enclosure and then had the shower rebuilt. Frank's team then came out and measured up for new glass enclosure. They came within 2 weeks to install the new frameless glass enclosure and the end result was 100% better than the old. Product looks great. They cleaned up after they were done and everything looks nice and tight and neat. Thanks Frank.
