I had a great experience with this company. From Ivan in the office, to Johann coming to my home with samples, to Hussein doing an excellent installation job plus some extras (cutting and putting baseboards on). Everyone was so nice and helpful right through to completion.
Annual Maintenance of furnace and a/c
This is my 3rd year with my new furnace and a/c and humidifier. My old furnace stopped working on a freezing evening in February at 11 pm and I had my new furnace installed the next day. Regarding my annual maintenance, I've chosen the monthly pmt plan so the cost is always covered. My recent inspection was done by Keith. He arrived promptly and explained things to me as he went along. Each time I learn a bit more. I'm very pleased with my experience with A1 from new furnace to annual maintenance.
