Purchased BC box, with lots of work to do. Found Pete through referral, and had him do estimate for 1st project; "open concept" for second story kitchen/living room area. He and his team arranged for all permits, performed work non-stop until job was done. I purchased appliances at Trail, he setup up fridge (plumbing), range hood, range, dishwasher at included quote. Very satisfied with kitchen cabinets with quartz counters, cabinets came with warranty, which I did not require. Called upon him for many more projects to come, big (decks, windows, siding) to small jobs like tiling and decorative trim work. Honest, competent, detail oriented contractor, and his customers know it so plan your project and book him well ahead.

Master electrician, honest tradesman. I purchased and was renovating a BC box, and needed various upgrades (including fixing some aluminum wiring issues, and upgrading BC Hydro service from 100 to 200 amps.) He is the rare type of tradesman you can let "get at it", after assigning tasks, and know job will get done right, at honest fair price. He'll even tell you what priorities are, as he's safety conscious, experienced, and detail oriented. Does small jobs as well, I've called him since "big" upgrade, for simple lighting fixture installs and he's happy to come out (piece of mind having professional do it). Highly recommend.

Trevor, from Precision Gutters visited my home to assess built in gutters that are clogged and overflowing, damaging facia. Because built in gutters are work intensive, company charged $150 for assessment. After Trevor was done, he advised that the "APP" style system, was not serviced by them. He then forwarded his report, to a 3rd party partner who performs work on APP systems. Then Trevor, had the $150 charge reimbursed, and suggested I use my $ towards the installer who would be doing the work. I wish I could have used this company, honest and professional!
