I phoned at 10AM and Dan was here at 1PM. Very fortunate that he squeezed us in. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. Dan helped move the washer and dryer and cleaned up after himself. Will not hesitate to recommend him for future work.

Jafar is amazing. I was very frustrated with 2 other companies. One company said I can't get the part and the other was a major retail chain and couldn't send a serviceman for 2 weeks.Really!! I found BestWay on Home Stars and he is the best. He was able to fix the part using his ingenuity, it was brilliant. He is an honest man, cleans up after himself and goes out of his way to make sure things will work. Punctual and will follow up with a phone call to make sure everything is working. I will definitely call him when it comes time to replace our hotwater tank.

Wonderful job! Stephen was very professional.He came and scoped out the project, had great ideas and also left samples of the gutter and colours that were available. The 2 installers were remarkable, they worked quickly and efficiently. They were nice guys, informative and cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I were very happy with the price quoted.We did not have to wait long and they came at the time stated.I wish every company worked like Vancouver Gutters. Thank you.
