Charles, William and the team are excellent to work with! They spent two days at our house repainting most of the main floor and the upper landing. They were fast, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. I really appreciate their focus on customer service. At the end of the job they do a walk through with you and are happy to fix anything that you are not 100% happy with. We would absolutely have them back for another job.

We ordered new countertops for two master bathroom vanities at Grande Tile and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Adam was able to help me pick a colour very quickly and it matched the tile samples perfectly. The turnaround time from ordering to install was less than 2 weeks, which was surprisingly fast. We would definitely use Grande Tile again and would recommend them to others.

We had Craig and Matt (and their amazing team) remove a very large ash tree (and stump) from our backyard, as well as trim some other tall maples. Sequoia was recommended to us by a friend and they were one of four quotes that we received. Not only was their quote very fair but it was significantly cheaper than a well known (and large) landscaping company that we had used previously to trim our trees. They were easy to communicate with and always showed up when they said they would be here. They completed the job quickly, safely and cleanly (as clean as you can be taking down a giant tree). We will absolutely call them again when we need our remaining maples trimmed. Thanks Craig and Matt!

Nima and his team are amazing! Our hot water heater stopped working and after calling around for quotes, we finally found Mr. Heat Mechanical. By the time I spoke with Nima we had been without hot water and heat (since we have a hydronic system) for two days. We were very thankful that he fit us in that same day to come and look at our system and make a recommendation for a new heater. We purchased a new tank on the spot and he was able to come back less than 48 hours later to install it, which was just in time for us to have hot water and heat again for the weekend. We were very happy with the customer service and honesty/transparency with regards to what we actually needed to make our system function properly. We will likely need to replace our air handler with a furnace at some point and we will definitely be giving Nima a call. Thank you again!!
