I hired Wayne the first time to do some work in my home on skylights in need of repair and he did an amazing job and fixed a cracked ceiling too while he was here. He specializes in mold and when my bathroom renos went sideways (with another contractor) I called him immediately. He did an amazing job at ripping out only what he needed to and completed the necessary repairs. He is truly an expert at what he does. I would recommend his work to anyone and have beautiful bathrooms thanks to him.

I have had my home security provided by Protection Plus for 3 years and they are responsive and helpful when I need servicing. Recently I had a concern regarding my motion sensor and Steve was so helpful in walking me through the testing and talking to me about options for monthly monitoring and options if I choose to give up my home phone. I pay for the service with a warranty fee built in for peace of mind and I am satisfied with the service I receive.

I have been using Nature's Helper for the last 4 or 5 years now and they are fantastic. Chris works out a fee depending on what I want that season ie. aeration, overseeding, weed control etc. Ihave recommended this company to a few others who still continue to use his services as well. They show up on time, will come back if you are having an issue or are ot satisfied and my lawn looks beautiful while everyone elses is full of weeds. We have park land in front and behind our homes and he is still able to contain the spreading of weeds.

My dryer stopped working and smoke was coming out of the panel. I called Murray's Appliance Service and he was able to come out that afternoon between jobs to assess what was wrong. He left and bought the part and came back and completed the job the same day. Parts were $35 and labour was $100. He was polite and got the job done. Labour seemed a little steep but overall it was less than investing in a new dryer.

I had Pete seal my driveway a couple of times but last year with all the frost quakes, my driveway dropped and left a big gap between the garage floor and the top of the driveway. I called Pete and he came out and added asphalt to the top of the drive to create a bit of a ramp. Unfortunately, after he did this there was some water pooling in spots so I called him back and he came and fixed it. A great company and while it might take him a bit to get to your place, he does good work and he's an honest guy.

I had a broken basement window and needed the glass replaced, Don not only replaced the glass in my window but also replaced the mirrored glass in a frame I had that was very important to me. He was personable and on time and did a great job....I would definitely recommend this company to others.

That dreaded time came when every home owner has to start calling to obtain quotes for new roofs. We had some companies working int he neighbourhood that gave some quotes that at first glance seemed great but what they offered wasn't even in the same ball park as City 1 Roof Works. I had 6 quotes in total...5 from very reputable companies and one endorsed by a very well known contractor on television. Roof Works explained everything in detail, took the time to answer all my questions, answered both email and phone and provided me the best price for quality work. The crew was professional and polite and took extra care and caution because i have a dog and small children that would be running around in the yard after their cleanup. They took down satellite dishes I no longer needed and cleaned out a down spout for me, all above and beyond the scope of what we had agreed to. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof and/or skylight replacement. Danny and the guys at City 1 Roof Works take pride in their work and did a fabulous job at my residence.
