This approx. 800 sqft. apartment had some areas that hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a lot of dust everywhere. Aida and her friend arrived on time and were very thorough. It took them five hours to do a deep clean on the apartment (1br, 1wr) including cleaning inside the oven and fridge. So with two people working, this is $350 for ten person-hours' time. This was the first cleaning for a very dusty apartment so the cost was a little bit more than her usual quoted $200-$250. Subsequent regular maintenance was quoted at $150.
