I strongly recommend to switch over to TMC from ADT if your equipment is comparable. Monthly Service Fee will go down 20 (10+10) from 40 CAD. Same 3 door sensors, 2 moving sensors and 1 fire/smoke sensor with same main system + keypad... only replace wireless equipment. Install - 100, wireless equipment - 160. (additional cost) So, actually after 1 years.. then monthly goes half price. Also, ADT payment is quarterly, but TMC is yearly. Still TMC is same quality with half price. I Strongly recommend ... AirHeating Plus kept service - for my 4 years A/C and Frunace. Replace air filter / check gas pipe / check humidifier condition (replace filter) . Still these regular visit - made me happy and safe. Thanks to Renato

I just bought my first home and had 30 years Furnace and Air-Con. I contacted several companies for replace these. Air Heating Plus has reasonable price with GOODMAN product. I chose best of the line from GOODMAN - ECO rebates, and Renato helped me a lot for that. Most impressive thing was the things after he finished the job. My basement cleaner than before he bigan the job. also my backyard also. I had very good experice with Renato. It might good choice for my first house.
