Recently hired this company to resolve a recurring drainage issue. The service team was punctual, polite and resolved the issue quickly. The office staff member was unfortunately quite rude and sarcastic (but maybe she was having a bad day?). I found it was a bit expensive: $618 to snake a drain and replace a p-pipe so would probably do a cost comparison next time before engaging them again.

Very late review. I used this cleaning service in 2015-2016. At first, Jacob & team were great. Quick responses to txt msg scheduling/inquiries/feedback but after ~8mths the service quality steadily decreased. Jacob's responses to txt msgs slowed to a crawl and became disjointed/confused. Despite booking my cleaning schedule months in advance, they kept making mistakes and losing my cleaning dates due to 'system problems.' After repeated attempts to contact him to re-confirm my cleaning schedule (including screen shots of text message conversations) he stopped replying completely. I was finally contacted by one of his partners who said Jacob was really busy with his snow cleaning service and apologizing for the lack of response. The Home Cleaning Team told me they needed 6hrs to clean my very small 3bdrm semi @$25/hr = $170 (incl tax) but after finally giving up on them in frustration, I found another great company (Anna's Housekeeping) that charges me slightly less ($24/hr incl tax) and can get my house sparkling in only 4hrs (total cost $96 compared to the $170 charged by Jacob). I'd recommend The Home Cleaning Team for one-off cleaning jobs but definitely NOT for a regular, long term cleaning contract.

C. I am glad you found a new company that meets your needs. Originally, you had us work for you in 2015 to 2016 and even left us a glowing 9/10 review (which you withdrew - in order to write this one!) You claimed that each cleaner we sent was better then the last! You also mentioned that we serviced you for approximate 8 months which is true. We discontinued service to you nearly a year ago and are very surprised to be reading this review from you. Technically, reviews are only supposed to be given on jobs completed so that homestars.com can ensure their utmost accuracy. In your case, a year later you found another company and decided to leave us this review and withdraw your original one. It is a shame that we couldn't continue to service you, but from all our previous correspondence you were very happy with our service. It was only when we dropped you as a client that I presume these feelings came up. We wish you would have spoken to us sooner regarding our booking systems and price if they were a concern to you. Sometimes the cleaner and client are not a match for a long term arrangement and I tried with three different cleaners but none of them wished to continue with you. That says a lot. Best of luck with your new arrangements and we apologize for our shortcomings as a small business. Jacob & Team
