My 100 year old home has old windows and doors. This May was the third time we have used Gem to update our windows and doors and they provided the expert service we expect. This time they called as soon as the three new windows were ready and installed them the next day. The turn around time was a brief 5 weeks. The team was neat, clean, and efficient and completed the job in the morning. They also did troubleshooting on a previously installed door. When it is time to replace more windows and doors we will call Gem for sure.
