We recently had two medium sized windows and one ginormous window installed. I did ALOT of research before hand, and learned a whole lot more about windows than I ever even wanted too. I must admit, it was a bit frustrating at one point, since every company I would talk to had "the best windows on the market!" Well, after weeding through a bunch of company's and all of the quotes I got - I ended up being very confident that Home Decor Windows and Doors was the best choice for BOTH the window manufacture they use and as a company themselves as installers. Joe the salesman was knowledgable, patient and answered every one of our questions honestly.... without any sugar coating. You can't get any better than sincerity and the honest truth. It just makes the whole process so simplified and comfortable, without having that strange feeling of whether or not your getting taken for a ride. The installers came on the date and time promised. Both Sebastian and Nester were professional, curtious and had a great attention to detail. They hardly even had to speak. They obviously have a routine from the second they pull up to your house. Each one knew what the other was doing and what came next. They worked really well together. You could tell that they really enjoyed the job they do and really didn't mind doing it day in and day out. They were always cleaning up after themselves and keeping things organized. They never even took a break or lunch (until we gave them a snack and made them stop for a bit). They were just there to get the job done. You can have the best windows out there..... But if they're not installed by qualified experienced people, then it's just money out the "window"! (Pun intended) We are ecstatic with our new windows and can't wait for the the +30 and -25 weather to really feel the big difference in comfort we will surly come to quickly enjoy. We have already recommended Home Decor to our family and friends. Our neighbors have been walking over to compliment us on the new look of our home. Trust me , you can't just make stuff up like this! So the moral of the story is, you can do all of the research you want and talk to all the window experts, And then most likely you will end up right here where I am, a happy and satisfied customer of Home Decor!! Just thought I'd save you the trouble.
