We called the Appliance Service People to replace a soap dispenser and seal in our Bosch dishwasher. The techician came yesterday and when he left, I ran the dishwasher and it started to leak(which it had not done previously). I called 'Bob' - at 'The Appliance Service People' and because it was 5:20 p.m., he advised that no one could come out until the next day. I told him this was not satisfactory as the dishwasher was leaking now. I became frustrated with his rudeness and told him I would not authorize Visa to pay his invoice. At this point, he said 'fine' and hung up on me! The original repairman did come back the same night - twice - and could not repair the leak. He even kept reversing the seal - he didn't even know which way it should be installed! He said he would come back in the morning - but we did not want this person - or anyone else from this company touching our dishwasher again. We have called another company. We have spoken with 'Bob' on a couple of previous occasions and he has always been rude! I can't believe Bosch uses this company to repair their appliances.
