The team were always on time and worked quickly and efficiently, they always made sure to cover surfaces and clean up at the end of the day. The complicated job was finished in 6 days with holes patched ready for touch up. Bill provided me with a detailed breakdown of prices and an ongoing project review which kept me thoroughly informed - I've never had that from a contractor before. Follow up was excellent to address any issues.

I finally got around to a job I've put off for way too long after this horrible winter. Kent called me back within a couple hours of getting in touch with Knox. The quote for the work was very reasonable and Kyle came to perform the work the very next day. The team was very courteous, let me know when they were due to arrive, completed the work quickly and with minimum disruption. Very happy with all at Knox Insulation & Roofing and I would highly recommend them. I am looking forward to a warmer house (especially the bathroom) and lower gas bills!

This was my second time using Oris and his team and they exceeded my expectations again. The friendly team are always on site early, do great professional tidy work and clean up the site afterwards. Oris managed to deal with the unexpected issues of an old house and showed off his masonary skills - nice work!
