Have dealt with this company three times and have always been very happy with their service. The office receptionist is lovely to speak with on the phone, and both service people who have come to our home have been knowledgeable and helpful. They completed the work in an appropriate amount of time and the work was excellent.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

We had some internal and external waterproofing done at our house by The Crack Doctor. Casey was amazing. Great communication, helpful and responded in a timely fashion to everything. Levin and his team were wonderful - friendly and courteous.
