Boss Trades has done three projects for me over the last few years. The work was completed on time and on budget every time. There was a problem with one of the jobs and the repair was completed right away without any hassle. Dan is great to work with and his trades are pleasant to have in your home and they do excellent work. I would recommend Boss Trades to my friends and family.

Did not arrive in 2 weeks as promised. Arrived in 6 weeks. Did not complete work in scheduled time. Asked for more money in addition to contract. Finally arrived to complete work; had to be prompted twice to complete work. Work was finally completed for contracted price.

I can appreciate that this was 3 years ago, but we always wish to ensure that our clients are happy with the work and that it is done as soon as possible. One thing I can say is at that time, there were so many emergencies and so many people without power that needed our help that it did take longer than expected to complete. For that we apologize. We would have appreciated better than a zero star review as the work did get completed and for the price agreed, especially under the circumstances, but we understand you were not pleased with the service and take that, and any other feedback, as a learning moment for us and our team. I was very satisfied with the duct cleaning provided by Dave's Duct Cleaning in April 2014. The team was very thorough and kept me updated on their progress by showing me before and after photos of my ducts. They even removed 50 year old construction debris. Clearly the last company that cleaned the ducts didn't do a very good job. I would highly recommend Dave's Duct Cleaning and will use them again.
