Move piano short distance house to house
Beware! Braymore changed the delivery address to a third party without sender's consent or knowledge on misinformation from recipient on prepaid shipment! I only found out a week later when I saw bill of lading. Never received a statement for shipment I paid for. Shipment went to person NOT my intended recipient! Too complicated to correct situation which should never have occurred!

It breaks my heart to read a review like this on a job that we thought was completed with a big well done. There were multiple parties involved in this move since the co-ordinator was in the hospital, there was some confusion in our office as to who we were allowed to take or not take instructions from. When the person who's buying or suppose to be receiving the piano asks you to take it somewhere different; you don't normally second guess them when they are the given contact person for the delivery location. We are not sure why this is too complicated to correct and are assuming there might be some friends/family politics involved here which we are not aware of. It is not uncommon for us in family situations to have moves redirected so that other family members feelings do not get hurt. We apologized for the misunderstanding and had offered to move the piano to the original delivery location at no additional charge, but we're told not to worry about it. We take pride in our work and our reputation and our offer still stands to correct situation.
