I contacted DuctDudes to have my furnace and vents cleaned. This house is fairly new however the furnace was used when the house was being built. Much dust from construction was then caught in the vents and have been circulating. Jason came in and cleaned them thoroughly with his tools and just as everyone else has said already, he was professional and demonstrated excellent work ethic. He has a routine in which he does things - so leave him to his madness - it just means he's very thorough. He is trustworthy and after one meeting, you know his integrity is intact. We're so happy with the air quality now and its thanks to Jason. You cannot go wrong with this guy - professional, hardworking, friendly and most importantly (and what we consumers always look for), he is trustworthy. Jason, thanks so much for all your help. Absolutely stellar work. These brothers are prompt, efficient, and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem and were fair with their time and cost. They are affordable and fair. They are able to take a problematic furnace and bring it back to great health. I'm very happy that they were recommended to me. These are my "go to" guys now - having such a team that holds integrity as paramount to the operation of their business is very rare. You can talk to these guys, they are honest and straightforward. They are fantastic. I have already referred friends to them. Furnaces always cost a bit, but it is essentially the core of your warm home. While this is true, these guys don't take you for granted. They are customer service first and it is evident. Thanks for making it stress free for me Mirch and Laurenzo. You both are great. Thanks again!!! PS: I entered zero in the cost because it is unfair to your company to mislead others as each furnace and problem is different.
