He came on time was extremely courteous, there were no hidden fees or surprises and we were genuinely satisfied with his work. The quality was great and I would recommend him to anyone looking for this type of work, will be getting him back in to do our backsplash.
The website didn't state the dimensions were for the inside of the bin, so failed delivery and I was charged $90. However upon e-mailing them they refunded the money and I was contacted personally. As such, I am changing my earlier assessment and appreciate their response.

As a side note, the website does state the minimum amount of space needed for the bin placement. Dimensions are located in the contract and on the pricing page.
