This is what happens when the flooring you order has a "milling defect" as they called it. I discovered the cracks, and holes in the flooring the next day while I was cleaning it. The "Customer Care Department" from headquarters in Virginia said: "Every board should be inspected before installing". ie by the customer. I chose the company because: I was assured by the sales staff that it was "their most popular flooring" and good quality (of course). The sample board was flawless. The website claimed: "We care too much to sell anything but the highest quality flooring. Guaranteed". "Lumber Liquidators has the highest standards in the industry...here's how: 1.Inspection...at every stage. 2. Compliance..exceeds the laws 3. Testing. The company is denying all responsibility and the above claims from the website have now been...removed!
