After reading the reviews on Homestars, I contacted Rocco with the intent to put a second level on our bungalow. After careful consideration we decided to simply bump out two walls instead. Rocco was very easy to work with, and quickly put together the drawings and permit application and submitted the documents to the city. With the unforeseen hold up from the conservation authority Rocco was supportive and kept us up to date doing all that could be done to move the process along. With a couple of drawing adjustments as requested by the planning department, the permit was issued and I am now looking for a contractor for the renovation planned for March/April next year. Rocco certainly made this part of the process painless! Thank you Rocco!

Milton did two jobs for us. We would describe him as honest, accommodating and speedy. Both jobs were done quickly but with great quality. When we had trouble picking out fabric Milton counselled us to take our time and sent us to look at more samples to ensure we picked out something we would like for years. There was a small hiccup with a missing pillow but this was corrected in 24 hours. Highly recommend T. J. s service and Greg's speedy delivery.
