For the most part I enjoy the product I have purchased. One thing that bothered me about the process is that i was originally told by letter i would not have to go thru providing so many financial statements as my previous desktop with them. I had to make sure with 100% what exactly I was getting from them before agreeing to anything. I also made sure I got exactly what i was asking for in product and software plus warrenty.. So far I am very pleased with the computer .. it is very fast .. next time i will buy a computer from a store .. the hassle with this company really is NOT worth the waste of time it takes ...
