PROJECT EXCELLENCE – FROM START TO FINISH After another quality outcome and enjoyable experience working with Michael of Urban Castle Homes, we greatly appreciate the quality service this company is able to provide. The tear down/replacement of our second and third storey decks was a fine example of project excellence: - effective management of a fair written cost-quote and staying within budget - significant time spent with us reviewing material options, discussing pros and cons and answering questions which made our decision-making easy and instilled confidence that we were making the right choices - project started on schedule and finished as expected with ongoing communication and updates - the high-quality results achieved reflected extensive knowledge and many years of experience in home building - meticulous attention to detail including inspection of materials (rejecting any that were not top quality) - extensive oversight and meticulous worksite cleaning each day - proven trades, who have been with the company for more than 20 years, that arrive on time and expeditiously complete their tasks - going the extra mile to point out where other repairs (i.e. windows) were needed, applying temporary fixes and refinishing (greatly appreciated) Being seniors, a hassle - free experience was extra important to us. We certainly enjoyed peace of mind throughout the project and appreciated the wise advice from Michael. We were impressed with the pride of workmanship displayed by the team and also thankful for the value we received. I contacted Jarrod based on Homestars reviews and found my experience was certainly consistent with his other excellent ratings. My grand daughter was so terrified of spiders she had moved out of her room as she was too afraid to sleep in her bed. Given her extreme level of fear, we knew this needed to be dealt with fast and effectively. I was very impressed that Jarrod quickly fit us in and arrived on time to do the job. His spider treatment was very effective and we have not seen spiders since. We found him to be a very conscientious business owner and will call again if needed, as well as, recommend him to family and friends. We also found him to be a very considerate individual with a very reasonable price and we know he will honour his guarantee. In addition, we thought we may have to move items for the treatment but this was not necessary making his treatment very easy for us. Thank you Jarrod for the great service you provide and we wish continued success.

We are very pleased with the results as both items were replacements with tight spaces to work in but the work was carried out very efficiently with great results with great clean-up. Jason and Darryl are both very professional, friendly and personable. Even after long work hours, they are upbeat and willing to go the extra mile to ensure excellent results. Once again, we found a winner through Homestars and we will use them again for any future plumbing needs for our house and our rental. Thanks for the garburator cleaning tips.......they really do work!! It is so great to know we can get expert and dependable work done when needed. Thanks for a job well done at reasonable rates!
