We had our Carpets cleaned in an emergency after a new puppy made a mess. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable and polite! He explained the products he used (all were kid and pet friendly...BONUS!!) and got out a nasty mess with no complications. Our carpets look like new again! Absolutely amazing experience! The crew was incredibly knowledgeable (I'm a housewife) and they took the time to explain our furnace and humidifier so I can better maintain it. They were very clean and meticulous, which I can attest to, as no other company has left my house as clean. All the equipment was also clean...I can't say enough great things...but thanks again!!!
