This is my second time using Pesticon. I have a building with four tenants. I had used this service last year. They have a 6-month guarantee. My tenants didn't see a re-occurance until just recently (one year later), so I called them to come and take care of the problem. Ahmed is punctual, calls before he comes to confirm the time. I have been struggling with a leak in the corner of my brick work around a complicated set of pipes coming from my furnace to the exterior. These leaks were a constant headache causing me to lift and empty many buckets of water every time there was rain in the forecast. I had three other companies come to try and fix the problem, but none tackled it at the source. Mario and his wonderful workers spent the day digging 8' down and sealing and waterproofing the area so well that even recently with today's torrential downfalls (enough to close down the Go Train for an hour), my basement is bone dry. What a relief to have someone who knows what he's doing get this issue resolved. Thank you to Mario and his team!

My tenant on the 2nd floor of my 80 year old all brick building had water coming in resulting from a hard rainfall through damaged mortar & brick with a worry of mold/mildew and damage. Jim and his staff were quick to fit me in between jobs. The quality of work, fair price, and friendly service were second to none. They even helped me out with a few small things that I needed done. I will certainly use their services again, and have in fact already arranged for them to help me re-arrange eavestroughs for more effective drainage.
