Wanted new garage doors and motor assembly installed. Al has been very polite to deal with. Suggested good new doors for my garage along with appropriate motor power. Saved me from making bad choices. Kind of advice that no other company did. Followed up in time between order and installation to remind of scheduled installation and inform the order status. Installation was done right at scheduled time and correctly. Came in promptly when I wanted him to look at noise from one of the doors. Punctual, Reasonable cost and Responsive whenever called. That's all I wanted from garage door installation.

I knew zero about tiling and contracted Academy Tiles (Vatzek) after taking few quotes for new Wall Tiles installation. Vatzek was not the cheapest but very straightforward in communication. He taught me how to do prep work and saved me money there. He also advised on how to identify good quality tiles from what just looks pretty. He kept all his commitments. In one case he could not enter the house due to security system but he stayed there to ensure security of the house and didn't charge extra for that wasted time. I gave him more work after he finished his contracted work without asking him the amount but he did not take advantage to charge any unreasonable amount. He did a very good job without laving any mess behind. Highly recommended!!!
