Mars Blinds has been very helpful and patient with this new homeowner who isn't quite sure what they want! They took the time to show us several options, and remained patient as we made several changes to our quote request and finish choices. Their sales professionals were very accommodating, arranging 2 separate evening/weekend visits to take measurements, and review our options. And they offered payment terms that were very helpful as we balance the various up-front costs of purchasing a new home. Quote was significantly less than what was received from other stores. Still awaiting final delivery, however fully expect, based on experience thus far, that this will also go smoothly.

Sales team provided several tailored quotes so we could choose the package best suited to our needs. We ran into an issue with keypad placement, so new wires had to be run & holes had to be drilled. The installer did an excellent job ensuring that this was done cleanly and with no signs of damage to our walls or baseboards - looks like the panel was designed to be there! Accidentally tripped the alarm recently - monitoring station called right away to confirm the alarm was false. Very professional company all around! Highly recommended.
