Extremely competitive and had an amazing selection of flooring to choose from. The best part about working with Lauren is she gave me options that were consistent with the designers choices. Lauren was amazing co-ordinating with our other contractors and trades, she had the installers there when we needed them and they were exceptional!

One of the biggest pains about having rentals is maintenance. Butler made it really simple to get the work done and the communication was amazing. The invoicing was amazing too, easy to keep for expenses as it was done via pdf.

This was for one of my rental properties. Obviously I want it to be safe and operating well and also not spend a lot of extra money. They did a fantastic job, the thing that I was most impressive with was they changed the settings on the furnace to save me money on the energy bill and also replaced a belt that would have for sure caused problems this winter. Really great tech and overall so impressed.

I am renovating my entire main-level. I had Conrad and Mike from Avodah install the kitchen, take down a wall and do all the baseboards. I am really impressed with the quality of workmanship that has gone into installing the kitchen. The work they've done is truly amazing. I was very impressed with how CLEAN they keep the worksite when they leave each day. Their prices are great for the job that they do. Overall VERY happy!

I am renovated my entire main floor. We bought a character home with site-finished hardwood floors in the entrance and office. We wanted to do hardwood throughout the main-level. We decided to go with site finished floors because we LOVED the original look of the site-finished hardwood. I read A LOT about site-finish vs pre-finished. The truth is, the only reason people tell you to go with refinished is because they make more money selling you the wood. If you have a really good installer like Mark at Parkland, you don't have to worry. The quality of the sealers now a days are amazing and besides, the original floors were 40 years old and because they were site-finished they were still in perfect condition in the entrance. Since we had left he office, Mark refinished it and stained it all the same colour an it looks so amazing. I really can not believe how awesome it looks!!!!

I recently renovated my main level of my house. This was a very large job and many contractors working in the house at various times. I was the general, and I am not a professional so there are issues with that because I didn't plan for the unexpected and timing issues. I quoted out the tile job in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. I received three quotes. One was from a company that I struck off the list right away when I couldn't get a good reference or any quality pictures of their work. (they were also the lowest price, I wonder why) I later found reviews of their work being subpar. The second was a larger outfit and it took me a long time to even get the quote and they were really expensive. The third was Brian at Gecko tile. With the two previous quotes going the way they did, I was blown away when I received a fair quote and quickly. These guys worked around other trades people and worked EXTREMELY hard. They saw the importance and timing that I had set out and they are the reason job finished on time. Their workmanship was amazing. Together we chose a very complex herringbone layout and I was really glad we did, because it looks amazing. Pictures to follow. In every aspect I was very impressed. I do not write review often because I am busy but thought these guys deserved the 10 stars for an exceptional job.

I hired Oilers Electric to manage my renovation and complete the service upgrade and moving of all the lights for the new kitchen. I was very pleased that the renovation turned out on-time and on budget. I was really impressed!
